Thank you for visiting Indurent’s consultation website to learn more about our proposals for the expansion of the existing employment development at Indurent Park Tamworth near Junction 10 of the M42 in North Warwickshire. The site benefits from a strategic location just off the M42 and A5 which offers easy access to Birmingham and the wider Midlands region.
The extension to Indurent Park Tamworth has a draft allocation for employment uses in North Warwickshire’s emerging ‘Employment Development Plan Document’. The site is not located within the Green Belt or Strategic Green Gap and is ideally located to meet the Council’s need for employment land.
The proposals will bring wide ranging socio-economic benefits to the local area, generating up to 362 new construction and 1102 new operational jobs, an extra £26 million a year spent in the region. The scheme will help meet industry demand for high-quality employment space from a variety of businesses in a sustainable location which is attractive to prospective occupiers.
